COURIER DELIVERY
We have partnered with Post Haste to ensure reliable and efficient service. Once your order is received, you’ll receive a tracking email when your order is scanned at the depot and again when it is out for delivery.
DELIVERY TIME-FRAME
Post Haste typically delivers within two days in Auckland. For North Island locations outside Auckland, please allow additional time, and for South Island and rural addresses, expect 2-3 extra days. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time, check your mailbox, as the courier may have attempted delivery while you were away. You may need to arrange collection with your local Post Haste depot.
Please be aware that unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If this happens, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
